Payments
Payments will be possible by credit card and bank transfers.
Confirmation of registration
Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.
Cancellations and refunds
All cancellations of conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations fees:
-50% of the fee will be charged in case of cancellation by 30 June 2026.
-100% of the fee will be charged in case of cancellation after 1 July 2026.
Refunds will be paid after the conference.
Changes in registration
Name and invoice changes should be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of EUR 30 will be charged.
