The Grand Hotel Union Eurostars is an Art Nouveau gem located in the very heart of Slovenia’s capital. Built in 1905, offers 111 elegantly furnished and just recently renovated rooms that feature the Secession style paired with modern comforts. Together with Eurostars uHotel, a sister property in an adjacent building, it offers 16 conference halls and meeting rooms, spreading over 2.500m2.  The most famous is Union Hall, which has a long reputation for hosting unique events and important international conferences. For HEPA 2026 it will be the main plenary room.

Pre-conference Workshops will be held at the Faculty of Law, located 5 minutes walking from the main conference venue (address: Poljanska cesta 2). The Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana, which is among the founding members of the University of Ljubljana (1919), is the largest and oldest law faculty in Slovenia.

Grand Hotel Union Eurostars, the main venue of HEPA 2026, will also host the Welcome Reception on 8 September 2026.

The Švicarija Creative Centre, which operates as part of the International Centre of Graphic Arts (MGLC), is a hidden gem of Ljubljana, located in the city’s green oasis, Tivoli Park. The building, originally opened as a wooden guesthouse in 1835, was completely renovated in 2017 and has since become a popular venue for both residents and visitors of Ljubljana.
