The Grand Hotel Union Eurostars is an Art Nouveau gem located in the very heart of Slovenia’s capital. Built in 1905, offers 111 elegantly furnished and just recently renovated rooms that feature the Secession style paired with modern comforts. Together with Eurostars uHotel, a sister property in an adjacent building, it offers 16 conference halls and meeting rooms, spreading over 2.500m2.  The most famous is Union Hall, which has a long reputation for hosting unique events and important international conferences. For HEPA 2026 it will be the main plenary room.

Conference Dinner will be held in Švicarija, art and culture centre in the heart of Tivoli Park, which offers outdoor or indoor set-up. The location is conveniently within walking distance of the main hotels, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. For participants with mobility difficulties, an electric city train will be provided.
